Selecting "Auto" for the "Movie Stabilizer" setting when recording a movie will digitally correct for annoying hand movement. This feature is great when you need to record when use of a tripod is not possible. MOVIE BEST SHOT works the same as the BEST SHOT mode, you simply select the sample scene that matches the type of movie you want to record, and the camera sets up automatically. This means you can enjoy perfect movies with minimal technical knowledge and setup. Enhanced flesh tones. You can also use zoom to blur the background, which enhances the foreground image. Infinity focus, hard sharpness, and high saturation make scenery appear as sharp and clear as in real life. Sunlight level white balance and increased sensitivity capture the nuances of the night. Infinity focus and daylight white balance are great for recording fireworks. Increase exposure (EV) for a brighter image. Enables bright recording even when lighting is dim Monochrome color and slightly faster speed produce an effect that is just like old time silent movies. Records a short movie starting a few seconds before the [SHUTTER] button is pressed. Starts movie recording a few seconds before the [SHUTTER] button is pressed.

	Pressing the shutter button records a movie, starting from the point five seconds before you pressed the shutter button. This mode helps you capture your baby's first steps, or an unforgettable look of surprise on a loved-one's face, even if you are a bit late with the shutter button. With Past Movie Once the shutter release is pressed, the camera has already stored the past 5 seconds. Without Past Movie Pressed the release too late - the best bit got away. Flash Player 7 or higher is required.
	Pressing the shutter button records an eight-second movie, so you can collect snippets of only the most important action whenever you want. For example, you could use Short Move to record only the shots on goal during a soccer match, which will leave you with a digest of highlight scenes. You can specify the relative length of the past part and the future part of a short movie, for a total of eight seconds. Flash Player 7 or higher is required.

	You can zoom in on a particular part of a movie image as it plays. You can perform the following three types of movie editing tasks right on the camera. • Cut everything from the current location to the beginning of the movie. • Cut everything between two points. • Cut everything from the current location to the beginning of the movie. MOTION PRINT lets you capture from a movie and create a snapshot out of it. Captured images can be printed and given to people who appear in them, or included in your own photo album. It's a totally new way to enjoy digital movies. Pan Focus comes in handy when recording fast moving action or subjects that are normally difficult to focus
