This CASIO original image processing function makes it possible for the camera to correct brightness automatically when recording subjects that are too far for the flash to reach. This helps to avoid blacked out areas in an image.
After recording an image, you can add audio up to 30 seconds long. You can even re-record the audio when required.
The slideshow feature automatically scrolls through images stored in camera memory at a fixed interval. You can specify snapshots only or movies only, if you want. When the slideshow gets to a movie or audio snapshot image, it automatically plays the audio included with the image.
Icon Guide help messages appear on the monitor screen in the REC mode to explain the meanings of icons as you use them.
You can turn on display of gridlines on the monitor screen. The grid helps to compose images and helps to ensure that you are holding the camera straight.
An intelligent cradle can be used for quick and easy charging, for data transfer, or for viewing images (Photo Stand). Charging starts as soon as you place the camera onto the cradle. Two buttons on the cradle allow direct access to image transfer and Photo Stand functions.
The RGB histogram lets you check exposure for each individual color, which supports fine adjustment of exposure to ensure you get exactly the color you want.
Real-time exposure adjustment feedback
A histogram lopsided to the left indicates underexposure, while a rightward histogram indicates overexposure. A centered histogram indicates correct exposure.
The cropping feature makes it possible to trim away parts of an image you do not need.
