[ Time Lapse ] View an action of an extended period in a short time to enjoy yet another form of expression
Shoot and record a subject at specified time intervals to combine the images as a single movie. By compressing the time sequence of changes shot over an extended period, you can accelerate and enjoy beautiful events such as the slow movement of clouds, the transition from dusk to evening, and the flow of traffic and people in a city.
And you can link movies together within the camera if their playback times are under 10 minutes and they have the same frame rate and image resolution.

[ Interval Shot ] Takes pictures at periodic intervals
By setting the shooting interval and number of shots, you can capture high quality still images at regular intervals. This is particularly convenient for shooting time-lapse images of subjects such as a blooming flower. The camera also features a “movie creation” function for creating and viewing a video of the captured images.

Effective use of the HDR function lets you transform ordinary images into works of art with just a press of the shutter button.
Levels 1-3 enabling users to control the intensity of the artistic effects, Extra 1 and 2 functions that realize richly detailed, more impressive and dynamic gradations of expression. Five effect levels are selectable in the HDR Art mode.And you can save HDR Art shot and Normal shot with only on shot.

[ Art Shot ] Capture distinctive photos with ease
An Art Shot function, which has ten types of effects, is incorporated to give realistic photographic images an impressive effect. The strength or color tone settings for each effect can be changed at will. You can view the Art effect on the display and adjust the result prior to actually taking a picture. And the ZR2000 makes this function available for movies * as well as for still photos.

[ Art Shot Bracketing ] Lets you encounter the unexpected in one shot
Automatically creates 5 images with different effects from one click of the shutter. In addition to the normal shot, it produces shots with the Toy Camera, Monochrome, Crystal Ball and HDR Art functions, saving you time making effect settings each time. You get to encounter unexpected photos and enjoy shooting pictures all the more.

NEW [ Magnifying Glass ] Lets you zoom in to capture even closer images of small subjects
After zooming in with macro, you can further enlarge your image with super-resolution zoom and digital zoom. It’s an ideal feature for capturing and viewing the details of very small objects including insects and flowers.
The camera merges high-speed burst-shooting images to produce bright, high-sensitivity photos with little blurring, even without a flash. You'll find shooting opportunities that didn't exist before in dark places where you can barely see.
