The Goulburn Bakery is located next door to the "Big Merino" a well known tourist attraction located in Goulburn NSW, this location combined with very close proximity to nearby highways and the Goulburn town center make this a very popular and busy site.

The same owners also have another bakery located in Braidwood NSW, this site is set up in a very similar manner and is located some 130km from Goulburn. Both sites cater for both dine in and take away service and include a cafeteria in each store location.

The customer had a long history with the dealer and the Casio product and was happy to go with Casio again.

They also trusted the dealer’s advice on the most appropriate system selection to suit their business.

The dealer is located in Sydney some 2 hours drive from the nearest site so he suggested that the Casio system would be ideal due to its very low maintenance & reliable operation.

Due to the high volume of trade at these sites a touch screen system was suggested due to its fast operation and hence the Casio QT6000 was deemed to be the most suitable model.

Both sites are located a considerable distance apart so the owner requried a way to make changes to products and pricing & get sales reports remotely hence the requirement for the Astute back office software with both sites communicating to the software via the internet.

Support for a coffee screen ordering system was required & Mpad’s were chosen for this purpose.
