Specific proposals made to Opera Kitchen

With a high turn over of casual staff the system must be simple to learn & easily maintained.

Security is an issue; being online to the internet the system must be secure from viruses & external attacks.

This site is very busy with a high volume of customers therefore the system must be super fast & stable.

Good service & support were paramount.

The site is exposed to much RF interference & a wireless hand held ordering system capable of operating under these conditions was required.

8 network order printers & 6 receipt printers were required.

To reduce counter clutter a built in customer display was required.

The owner required the ability to program & generate reports from the terminals to an office in a remote location therefore back office software capable of communicating over the internet was also required.

Improvement seen using the CASIO QT-6600

The QT6600 terminals have proved themselves to be outstanding both in terms of reliability & speed of operation.

The owners are very pleased with both the system & the service which they received from the Casio dealer.
