Both location have nearly the same set-up, the Voetbal Experience has 7 terminals installed and Mini Mundi has 6, a total of 13 QT-6000’s over two next-door locations. The terminals in the Voetbal Experience are located on different floors and Mini Mundi has one terminal outside in a kiosk which is over 1 kilometer from the main building.

What was the problem for user?
Due to the high amount of visitors during the holiday season who are going to visit both attractions, the managers wanted a pos-solution which was stable, reliable and easy to use.
Part-time employees must be able to use the system without hours and hours of training or special instruction.
Specific proposals to user
They weren’t looking for a PC based solution, but the terminals needed to be connected by a network. Also the possibility to upgrade the terminals with handheld terminal and the availability of a back-office software solution was a big plus.
How did user select CASIO QT-6000?
The dealer was chosen because of the regional location, based in the South-West of the Netherlands, independence and references of other customers. Besides that the proposal and demonstration which dealer prepared was best of all others.
