System Configuration
2 units of QT-6000 with remote display, thermal receipt/kitchen printer, handheld scanner and SAGEM EFT terminal.
Infoteria Dall is the first installation in Denmark with QT-6000 integrated with the Danish EFT solution.
All hardware is mounted at a special developed terminal frame.
The original QT-6000 stand is dismounted such as it’s only the screen which is mounted at the terminal frame.
Cash drawer is mounted under the counter such as the total solution requires very little space at the counter.
In connection to this, CASIO UK hospitality software is installed at the backoffice Computer.
The configuration is sold, programmed and delivered by the local Casio dealer Palle Risager ApS.
What was the intention with Infoteria Dall?
Infoteria Dall had some old Casio TK-2300 with a Danish backoffice system. The customer has been very satisfied with this system but after all these years it was time to replace with a fresh system and modern technology.
Proposals to Infoteria Dall:
The specific proposal to the customer was actually the configuration that subsequently was sold. I suggested a complete touch based ECR with all the new functionalities and CASIO UK back office software.
How did Infoteria Dall decide to introduce Casio QT-6000?
Design and functionalities were the keywords when the customer decided to choose the Casio solution. QT-6000 is very fast and easy to use and it’s very important in season where a lot of tourists visit Infoteria Dall. The newest design and the special mounting was also an important. They get a lot more free space with this solution and it’s much easier to clean the counter.
Improvement of Infoteria Dall after using the CASIO product
All the most popular articles is placed in menu 1 so It’s much faster to serve the customers with the touch screen. They can use the receipt number as reference for both the customer and the kitchen. With the electronic journal display they can find a previous receipt and print it out if a customer wants this. It’s easy to educate new employees and with the individual clerk function programming it's easy to control the employees.
