They did not have any major problems with the QT-2000, but they felt that a touchsceen system improves the customer handling easier, and would improve the handling time of each order. They ordered 2 units of QT-6000 to replace the old QT-2000 in April 05. When they decided to open a new restaurant, the choice was easy.

Proposals to Pascal:

2 units of QT-6000, 2 units of UP-360 (receipt (bill) printer), 1 unit of UP-360 (kitchen printer), 10 units of Dallas Keys, 2 units of customer display.

How did Pascal decide to introduce Casio QT-6000?

The customer decided to purchase QT-6000 because of the design of the machine.

The Casio touch screen is much better than the competitor's products and the price is much better than any PC based system.

The costumer is very satisfied with Casio and they knows Casio Cash registers well. He is also very pleased with the service and support that Kasse og Butikkdata AS provides.

Improvement of Pascal after using the CASIO product

Since the customer changes menus once a month, programming with CV-31 is much quicker and easier.

Customer handling time has improved.

The restaurant has different table areas since they are designed on the QT-6000 as accurate as possible.

Check tracking is faster and easier.

With the kitchen printer it's easier to have control over where the food goes. Since they use the receipt printers for drink receipts, the waiter can serve the customer while the bartender handles the drinks.
