What was the intention with Don Pastel?

Don Pastel was very interested in the backoffice software, which Flamagas Portugal are currently translating to Portuguese.

According to informations from the employees, competitor offer was very attractive, specially in terms of pricing, and another supplier proposed a solution based on a low cost PC with a sales program. The partner FRIMARQUES, with the technical support from Flamagas, demonstrated our QT 6000 in a very intelligent way. The customer was very impressed with the speed and he found it very easy to use. Moreover, the employees pushed the owner to purchase Casio QT-6000, since they liked much more our terminal. Don Pastel finally decided to buy Casio when he realized that the knowledge and technical support from Flamagas was better than any other.
