Before it was a small kiosk, and they didn't use an ECR before. So it was a complete new installation in a new building.

Proposals to Schaffhausen Tourisms

Two ECR’s in ONE! (One ECR for Euro and one for Swiss Francs.) An ECR which is able to handle two currencies in an easy way, with statistics for each currency separately, as well as a fast registration has to be possible. (Payments, PLU, Departments, Groups statistics etc.) No PC based system.

How did Schaffhausen Tourisms decide to introduce Casio QT-6000?

Able to solve all special customer requirements.

Design of the Terminal (color / see also pictures)

Our knowledge of the cash register business.

We are supplier since years for most of the Departments of Canton Schaffhausen and they know, that our after sales support is working, also at the evenings, weekends and public holidays. In other Departments and other Tourist shops they are using CASIO since years, such as CE-2300, CE-4100, CE-6100 and CE-T300.

Improvement of customer job after using the CASIO product

Reco was invited to a big opening ceremony on the 11 of May with special guests from the governments and tourist industries as well as local TV stations and newspapers, etc.

If the Shop is running very well, it is a possibility to install a second machine. Perhaps Reco can replace older CASIO ECR’s in the other departments of Canton Schaffhausen, too.
